On this occassion, I was one of the lucky cohort who got to enjoy this debaucheorus degustation, gratis.
Having previously eaten at the restaurant I knew the treat we were in for, and just how photogenic the food would be.
It didn’t disappoint. And together with the glorious light that flooded in through the dining room windows, it was eminently clear that I going to have to document the feast.
To that end, the photos were colour graded to keep the table cloths an icy white, while dialling up the saturation which ensured that the dazzling colours of the beetroot and micro herbs really popped.
