Having originally studied Interior Design at RMIT and Graphic Design at Swinburne, art direction was a natural evolution for Adrian.
While traditionally, the role of art director and copywriter has called for two diametrically opposed individuals, Adrian is part of a nimble subset of creatives who happily shape shift from one discipline to another, expertly juggling a dizzying array of skills.
As Adrian typically covers every stage of a project, from concept to finished art, the separation of art direction and copywriting is in many respects quite arbritrary.
That said, the projects that are featured in this section are distinguished on account of the dominance of the associated visual ideas.
And where some art directors and graphic designers find their Zen laying out long-form documents, Adrian finds his creating and crafting the iconic images that unmistakably brand campaigns or projects in visually unique ways.
